Scam call on my house phone that somebody is using my Wi-Fi I told them I will ring sky myself they put the phone down

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Classic scam as these have been doing the rounds for years so if you have the ability to block these calls then I would try to.

A BT blocker phone is worth it's weight in gold. If they do get through then there's a very obvious 'block' button that adds them to the list with no (seeming) limit on the number you can add.
