I've just moved to sky. Now I cannot use my phone to message in the garden anymore.

When I was with virgin I could message, search and play scrabble on my phone in the garden now with sky I don't have WiFi. My printer will only connect without Internet so I can't print anymore.  When I use an app on my phone to watch a programme it keeps  "buffering ". I would love to speak to a customer services member of staff but I can't get to speak to a human being. I can't get pass the AI so I find myself on here...if anyone can help or sky could actually speak to me I'd be really grateful.

Not every router is the same so if you jump from one ISP to another you may find that the coverage changes.

No ISP guarantee a connection in your garden so the fact you were able to get a connection there in the first place is lucky.

As for your printer, have you tried splitting your WiFi bands and then factory resetting it? https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/How-to-separate-WiFi-bands/ba-p/3530610

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
