It is called Sky Broadband Basics. This link explains the process if you’re eligible for Sky Broadband Basics. If you are eligible you will need to call Sky to join

The Sky account holder needs to be claiming Universal Credit or Pension Credit to qualify for it. Sky would require the relevant NI number so they can check. It is only available to customers who already have Sky Broadband.

This is great information, but I've been caught out by my current provider, BT, who can also do a "social tariff", but you lose so much connectivity.
In this modern world, the 21st century, is it too much to ask that when I pay for a service, that that service is then available throughout my whole home. The BT Essential package was £20 pcm, but to have wifi in every room, I'd have to pay £48 for the privilege. More than double!
What does Sky offer to those on low incomes due to disability such as myself? I need to have wifi in my bedroom and the kitchen & lounge. Does the Sky Essential package give me that ability?

Nobody is forcing you to pay that much though. You can solve the WiFi range issue easily with a cheap one off cost of about £30 by buying an access point. You dont have to pay for BTs or Skys boosters.
