My broadband has never been so bad since I upgraded to susperspeed and I literally have to reset my tv every day as there is no connection. I want to cancel my contact. I'm absolutely fed up of sky and paying £158 per month for rubbish service. I've had enough.

@Julesmargo if you are still in the first 31 days of your new service you can cancel without penalty. However switching supplier won't necessarily solve the problem as if you have a line issue it will affect any other isp using the same line.
If you are out of the 31 days cooling off period then you would have to give Sky a fair chance to sort the issue if they can't they will release you from your contract. Sky's formal complaint system allows you to go to an independent arbitrator if Sky dont agree to release you or after 8 weeks from your formal complaint see How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com
