@Carla2020 you are notvta lking to Sky by posting in the forum. Sky guarantee speeds to your hub but cannot extend tge same guarantee to devices as if you use WiFi the signal strength depends on the layout, type of cinstruction and the amount of interference in your home. More and more as people want to stream video, work from home and play games they find the single fee router their ISP gave them is insufficent.
You can pay for Sky's add-on https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own whole home wifi system.
