I soend more time trying to get conected to sky max

Ever since ive had sky direct fiber put in i spend more time trying to get connected i run tests after testes sky have sent new routers and a pod but on  daily bases the broad band wifi drops . Any1 elses with this issue?

I live in a bungalow and the test says its fine till it gets to the wrifi and and it dosent connect to any device ive rest every thing we even have a booster ,
