If you have broadband boost with the sr203 router you still have to request your booster/mesh box(s)

'Boosters' cannot be built in because the maximum broadcast power of any individual WiFi device is limited by national regulation (otherwise you wouldn't want to be sharing a room with a wireless ISP router)

The separate 'booster' hardware units, (which would be better described as 'repeaters' or 'relays') are intended to be located halfway between source and client device.

Note that 'Broadband Boost' does not, (and cannot) actually increase broadband speed arriving at the address: boosters are supposed to improve local wireless distribution.
