Discussion topic: I need to change my sky router from 5 hz to 2.4 hz. Any advice please?

New wireless bird feeder camera requires a 2.4hz frequency setting on the router. The sky router has joint 5 and 2.4 hz settings, and is currently on 5hz. I am struggling to found out how to change it . Sky do not seem to answer phones. Can anyone help please?

Ghz rather than Hz: by default Sky Hubs broadcast the same network name on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz

Is yours a black or a white Sky Hub?
