@GD1 I have just moved to Sky broadband and I'm having the same problem with connecting my smart plugs. I have followed your instructions and logged onto the router, signed into Wi-Fi as admin, selected the 5g tab and deselected the synchronise 2.4 and 5 option, and renamed the SSID, but when I tap on Apply I get a blank screen with 'Safari cannot open the page as the network connection was lost' and refreshing gives 404 not found. There is no reaction from the hub. Where am I going wrong? I am doing it via safari on my iPhone. Thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Vintage60s You need to ensure you are connected using an ethernet cabled device (Laptop/pc for example) as doing it over wifi isn't the best way to change setttings to wifi
