I need ont box mov

The engineer came and put a oti box right above kitchen sink and took my router from living room and put by the sink. There is wires everywhere this is dangerous and I want it moved 

I can not get nothing to work around the house  and I can't contact anyone 

I will end my contract if I can't talk to anyone to sort this

@Ashley887 given there had to be an adult present during the installstion why was this not raised with the engineer at the time?
