@GazzJones the web interface on all current Sky hubs can be accessed at 192.168.0.1 and the log in is user=admin and password is the default WiFi password on the label. The older flat style Q hubs the password was sky.if that is not working do a factory reset and the defaults will be applied. Resets on the black hubs require the reset pin to be held in until the power led blinks on thecwhite hub the wps buttin needs to be held in for 30seconds until the led starts blinking green. Release either too esrly and the hub just reboots.
The web interface on the newer white hubs has very limited use as only a couple of settings are changeable the others are disabled. These hubs are managed via the My Sky app. Sky hubs are heavily locked down and only those settings work. If thatdoes not meet with your approval take it up with Sky as many have done in the past with zero success. The sensible option is to use a third party router.
