I need my broadband activated

I have had full fibre installed through open reach I now need it activated

You are not emailing Sky by posting in the email help forum as that is where Sky customers post questions and ask for help about their Sky email account.

 

You should have been given an activation date so whenever that is then is when your line should be activated.

Openreach are the only one who can activate the service after they send an installation engineer soon receiving confirmation from their own external engineers that the routing is complete
