Have a engineer coming tomorrow between 8am and 1 pm I have been on call for over a hour for sky to put the phone down on me .

Can I please cancel this

@Sambradshaw23You will need to try call again in the morning. Sky open at 7am.

Be aware that it you cancel the day before the planned visit, or on the day itself you may be charged £25 as per this link
