I need an engineer

Hi. We have fibre and it's not working. It keeps buffering. Can you send out an engineer please?

@Pauline115  That sounds like a wifi issue, which is something you shoyld be able to resolve yourselve.

 

Can you explaint what keeps buffering?  "It" doesn't tell us much.

Welcome to the forum, you are not talking to sky on here, we are all customers, you will need to call sky about this
