@Emilian-Radu Sky only send out engineers where there is either a requirement for a new line or where a specific issue has been encountered setting up a broadband connection is quite simple and the steps are in the leaflet thst came with the hub or are here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-which-sky-hub-do-you-have
However if you have some additional special need do talk to Sky's Accessibility team see https://skyaccessibility.sky
