I need a booster

I am sinoly trying to get a connection in my sons room. But all i keep getting is passed on and nobody asnerweing ir allow this time. NO! This was all checked, spped check completed by sky and vudeo call from sky but yet no option for a boister. Im sick of calling

@Mel81  I'm afraid you can't request a booster through a public forum.  You will need to persist in calling.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Mel81 Sky only issue boosters to customers who either pay for Broadband Boost or Wifi Max or where a Sky Q box is not connecting. Does one of those circumstances fit your case?

 

. Their "wall to wall wifi Guarantee" does not supply boosters see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wall-to-wall-wifi-guarantee does not provide equipment unfortunately and is largely used to sell one of thecadd-on bundles.
