You need to call Sky and get an update on the install. They should be able to provide you with a new date. Note that if you missed the appointment and did not give Sky notice of this you may be charged for it.

Its the 03 number at the bottom of https://sky.com/help under the 'Need more help?' banner. State your problem as 'Broadband technical' then hold through any prompts to go online.
