I made an order off a new wifi but I didn't get an e-mail

I called sky for the new wifi they said it will be with me in a week and no one come to install my new wifi and my wifi is not here

@Cristina123 I am escalating your post as something isnt right firstly a broadband connection always has a minimum 10 working day lead time. Most new connections don't need an engineer they are done remotely if you do need a visit a specific appointment is made so something has got confused. A Sky team should invite you onto an online chat via the forum where a chat icon will be added.
