I’m only getting 15 mps when I should be getting 800

My Internet is running really slow and I have sky stream which means my TV keeps stopping and my Internet and has been this way now all day and night. I've checked the Sky app and it's saying my connection is fine but it is not

@ColinMillea it is possible but very unlikely thst your full fibre service is running slowly far more likely is a networking issue in your home. How and where are you measuring speeds? If over WiFi some distance from the hub it is likely the issue is poor WiFi signal in your home rather than an issue with your full fibre connection. To test the connection to your hub you need to use a proven fast link whivj is a gigabit ethernet link. WIFi spedds depennd on the layout and how your home is built so older homes with solid walls often havecissues with WiFi.

On the Stream puck run the network test in the Get Help menu of tge Netflix app you need speeds over 25Mb/s to watch in UHD. You can help yourself by making surethe puck and hub are out in the open not hidden under or behind other equipment. However you may needcsomecform of WiFi extender if Ethernet czbles are not practical.

Hope thst helps
