I am new to SKY broadband and beginning to be sorry I switched. My computer won't connect to WiFi and the WiFi keeps dropping from my mobile.

Find out more@LeleB WiFi signals are affected by the layout and type of construction of your home so if your computer is on a different floor or well away from where the hub is thst wouldcexplain the issue especially if your home has solid internal walls. Apart from ensuring your hub is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators there is not much more you can do apart from investing in extra equipment like the extenders Sky can supply if you buy their WiFi Max bundle.
