@Imràn If you have no wireless wi-fi signal at the cctv then it cannot connect, you do not say if you have! If you have link's about connecting devices to various sky hubs below!

@Imràn the engineer will only connect one of your devices to demonstrate the connection as part of the fibre installation. All other device connections are down to you to sort. If your hub is now in a less than perfect position you can easily buy a longer ethernet cable and use that between the ONT and the hub.

I am very disappointed with the recent router installation. Previously, the router was placed downstairs next to the CCTV, but it has now been moved upstairs. Unfortunately, this setup is not suitable, as I have children at home and cannot have wires running around everywhere for safety reasons.
I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly by relocating the router back to a more practical position.

Sorry @Imràn but we are Sky customers here who help each other so if you want an engineer out then you will have to contact Sky by phone or social media about this.
