I’m not able to see data in my account

Hi eveyone 

im a new customer (broadband)

basically i was trying to check the sky app 

but it s seems like i do not have any contract or any other details is visible 

i received the router and i think everythi g is working 

so i do not understand why the app is not showing anything

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Vale12 the account details take a while to appear with new accounts but check you are using the correct id when signing in to the My Sky app. If still stuck call Sky as they may need to check the account has been set up correctly.
