I’m moving into a property that was previously supplied by Sky. Do I need an engineer visit?

Moving in on 10/08 but can't get engineer visit until 23/08. Do I need this or can it be moved earlier?

@Aly+K The date given will be the earliest one available for Openreach to do the required work to activate your line, the chances of getting that moved forward are slim to none but feel free to call Sky and ask.

@Aly+K

Unfortunately using the same ISP as the previous occupants doesn't shorten the provisioning process.
