I’m moving home, tried moving my Broadband online but it says I’m not the primary account holder
I'm trying to move my broadband as I'm moving house. I tried doing it online however for some reason it says I can't do that as I'm not the primary account holder which I thought I was. I want to either become the primary account holder so I can move my broadband online, or just speak to someone and move my broadband.

@Daniel721 Sky will only book a home move if the primary account holder asks so if the service is in your name that is yourself but check you are using the correct Sky id if you are call Sky to sort this out.
However if it the account is in anyone elses name they would have to ask even if you pay the bills. This can happen If the service is in the name of someone who left the property and you effectively inherited the service. If that applies just order a new service at the new property in your name. The old service will not be paid for and will cease but the account holder will be billed for the cancellation. Sky cannot change the name on an account unless the account holder has died.
