I’m having problem with my Internet connections
I've been having problems with my Internet connection on and off all week. When I do a service checker it says there's a problem within my broadband and it's really frustrating as I work from home and I'm not able to watch any of the sky TV and it's been on and off for a couple of days. I originally tried to book an engineer but then it seemed to resolve itself so it got cancelled. Please advise

Lights are on hub but keep getting same message when trying to connect WiFi to my devices "network is temporarily unavailable"
