I’m a first time buyer and can’t find my purchase

Hi, I've recently got sky broadband for the first time and have been trying to find what package I got for some time, however no matter how hard I try I can't find it. Also do sky have engineers that come and fit everything?

@Shaun0211If you log into your account and go to track orders you will find the information there to do with what you are getting. You should have also been emailed by Sky to the email address that you gave them on placing the order for broadband.
