I keep on having to reset my modem to connect to the internet

My internet is constantly going off. I have to reset the router each time.

I have used the sevice checker tool online it says all is good but the when i ring the 0330 number and do a check it says there is a problem.

I just get referred to this forum to ask someone a question....... why is there NO helpline i can ring to sort this?

We are the same it's really starting to do head in now and toy right tou can't get any help they are getting worse at sorting things out
