Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@D9nski first point is what do the LEDs on your hub show when you lose connection see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
If they show the connection to the exchange is being lost run the connection test in the My Sky app while the line is connected as the test can book an engineer if it finds a fault tgat Openreach needs to fix.if it doesnt you can ask Sky to check the line but in the end you are in Openreach's hands and tge fact you use a domestic line for work gives no priority.
If the line remains connected but devices lose connection its a WiFi issue in your home which may require additional equipment. Trying to work over a poor WiFi connection is a very bad idea. Sky Wifi is suitable for domestic use but eben there many homes need extra kit to get good coverage,
If you want more detailed help please post your Sky hub's connection stats but take them when the system has been running for a few hours rather than just after a reset as they can show more Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
