The router has three green lights and appears working the devices connected via Ethernet are working fine but wireless connections; iPhones, laptops and smart tvs are continually dropping connection. The phones although showing connected to WiFi are dropping into phone data, the tvs when streaming are stop start. All normal troubleshooting completed but still experiencing the same issue for several days now.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Neilarr if devices connected by ethernet are working normally something is interferring with the Wifi signal in your home. While it could be a hub fault it is far more likely to be something either in or close to your home.
Start by considering if you have made changes around when the problem started in particular is there another wireless device near the hub perhaps a cordles phone, wireles speaker or similar. .Other things that can cause interference are a microwave, fluorescent lights or some TVs but in practice the list is very long. Try turning thinhs off to try to find the source. Failing yhst it could be interferencecfrom a neighbour's network.

Nothing has changed, the router has been in the same position for several years and has worked in the main fine, nothing within the room or the postioning of or surroundings of the router has changed only the WiFi signal continually dropping for the last couple of days so it is definitely an issue the with internet rather than the location/surroundings otherwise it would have been doing this for the last 10+ years we have had a router sat in the same spot.

@Chrisee How is that fixed then? If I have not changed anything? Is it just accept it and hope it started working properly again or move suppliers?

@Chrisee The question is how do you fix something that has not changed? You have said it is something in the house that is interfering with the WiFi, yes nothing has changed there is no other electrical appliances in the room except what is connected to the Ethernet so plugging unplugging is not the answer. There is no change to furniture and the router is in the same position and the room has been the same for years! So as per the original question, why is the WiFi not working and how can it be fixed??
