I have recently moved to sky broadband I have a sky q mini box in a building up my garden which I have always connected via a BT plug in broadband extender since connecting new sky hub the extender no longer works appart from a few minutes if I switch from one port to another on the new hub its like it is detecting the extender then stopping data anyone else had the same problem and k ow how to fix please 🙏

The black BT Whole Home disks only work with a matching BT Smart Hub, so aren't compatible with other ISPs.

@TimmyBGood yes that's right they are powe line adapters there is a pair and I factory reset them by holding down the button on top for 15 seconds on both adapters while plugged in as stated on manufacturers instructions but they still not working with sky hub, which I don't get as they were fine with my ee router.
