I haven’t received my broadband
I bought sky tv and they said they would come and fit my Wi-Fi and broadband and my engineer got cancelled and hasn't been rescheduled. I still don't have Wi-Fi and my appointment was meant to be yesterday between 1 and 6pm

If there is no update on your account then you will either have to call them or use the social media links at the bottom of the page to contact Sky about this.
