I have had 2 visits and have some fibre rolled up outside my front door? Nothing booked in?
I've had 2 visits and now have some fibre rolled up waiting to be put through into the house yet have heard nothing? And am still paying for old price

The engineer that left the coiled up cable should tell his employer, openreach, that the cable work is complete and ready for the next stage
the order will then progress to complete the external work and then the installation of the internal Ont of not already fitted
you will still be charge for any old active service until the fttp replaced it then any overlap would be refunded
