Sky are apparently looking into this but I'm concerned that I see more people with the same issue.
How many people still have this issue and for how long ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Itssme Sky do appear to have an issue I suspect its connected with the increased roll out of the SR213 which some new customers now get by default. We are told it is being sorted excatly ehen though isnt clear.
