Connecting router to Samsung tv

I recently moved from bt broadband and tv to sky broadband and sky stream. Both pucks work fine.on downstairs tvs. I have connected mobile phones, sonos speakers and laptop to the router, no problem. However, both of my upstairs Samsung tvs that I use mainly for apps like netflix etc will not connect to router. They will Both connect to 5g hotspots and I had no problem with old bt router so tvs are OK. Just a problem connecting to sky router. Tried all suggestions of unplugging everything and resetting network on tv. Entering ip adress manually. Bringing tv nearer router etc but nothing works. Any suggestions would be welcome as it's driving me mad. I potentially have two redundant tvs. Thanks in advance.

Typically the best approach with a television is a network reset and then a new connection using WPS.
