I cannot connect to my wifi
My WiFi isn't connecting.
I have switched off...on a couple of times
I have gone to settings and following advice have held the button WPS in for several long periods
Still no connection

What exactly is it you're attempting to connect? Does anything connect to WiFi? What lights do you see on the router?
If it's a Sky Q box and a Sky Max router (big white lump) then you have tto use the "other 3rd party router" option rather than the Sky router option and input the SSID & WiFi password from the card (unless you've changed it).
Not a Sky employee

Pair of TP-Link Deco BE65's in AP mode used for WiFi access, main Deco hardwired to Max hub
