I can't view and edit anything about my order
I can't change time slot of install my broadband router,and when I want to view my bill it only shows"your bill is not ready"
and my router is show "awaiting dispatch" even it's 9 day since I confirm the payment.
What should I do? just wait for the hub send to my home or contact with anyone?

@ChamberZeng sounds normal as Hubs are not dispatched until around 4 days before your service is due to be activated and there will not be a bill generated until the service starts. Sky only intervene if the hub has not arrived after the day of the activation otherwise you just have to wait.

Oh! because I place the bill in 9/22, so whtat is the data start the service? like 10/22? Many thanks
and also because I place the bill by agent calling me and help me confirm the bill and pay it, than he make a install router appiontment.
becasue I didn't even recive the router( hub), but the wbsite for change appotionment also didn't work, say I need to contact them to change schedules, is this also the result of I didn't activate the service?

I also didn't even know what is the hotline of sky! every time they only reply me with robot agent.
