@Deena1 is this a new set up or has something changed like you haveca new Sky hub.]? With Sky Q the boxes talk to each other so start with whichever Q box is closest to the Sky hub go into its settings and choose network reset which starts the box's wps function to sesrch for a hub then press the wps button on the hub until the led starts flashing and the two should connect. Then repeat the process on the other boxes.
If still stuck call Sky who will either talk you through the process over the phone or arrange for an engineer to come out.
