I can't connect my new sky hub to the internet

My new hub was supposed to activate today - The power and wifi light is green, and the internet light flashes orange. I can connect to the wifi network but it says I need to "sign in" and redirects to the connectivity issues page. I have followed all of the directions there. I have also reset the hub. Additionally there seems to be an issue with my skyID account, It doesn't let me look at any of my information - this is important as I had been guessing that I had selected the wrong address by mistake when ordering and maybe that is why my internet hasnt connected yet. Please help!

@NoInternet5 If it still not working then all you can do is call sky this morning and have them check you did everything correct. The fact you got a hub would suggest your address is correct! Number is below in the link just select need more help.
