I can’t connect my chrome book to my Sky wifi

My chrome book reads that my main sky WiFi hub is out of range? Although my pc and hun are only 3 meters apart? Other divides work ok

Hi @Mark1284 

It sounds like it could be a chromebook issue. Are you able to test the Chromebook on another WiFi network to see if you notice the same issue? What make & model is the chromebook?
