I can get bbc channels but nothing else on my devices
I can watch bbc channels on my devices but I cannot watch any other channels it keeps saying there's a technical issue I have reinstalled the apps and have switched devices completely off and then on again

@Maddie651 whst device are you using to watch TV? It is highly unlikely thst your Sky Broadband connection is to blame.
