I am transfering from BT to Sky Broadband tomorrow 22nd. I have my equipment. But cannot reach plugs

Transfering from BT to Sky Broadband, going live tomorrow Friday 22nd. But I cannot reach plugs etc and confused about setting up. I have help but cannot come until Saturday. Will this be ok? Not sure if I have to have the equipment set up when it goes live..worrying me. Can anyone help. Cannot get to talk to any Sky personnel only stupid auto service.

@Sandrac1  Which part of the set up will not reach the power socket or is this to somewhere else?

1. It is not that it won't reach. It's me. I am 79yrs old and cannot reach down and under table to plug in. Issue is it ok to wait until the Saturday even though will go  live Friday? Thanks

@Sandrac1  If you have someone coming at the weekend that can plug it in for you, then that is okay.
