I am waiting engineer visiting to install my sky broadband and they didn't arrived yet and I can't call to sky because of there is no one speak with you and I need to reschedule to engineer visiting

Find out more@Mehmet48000 most installations are done by Openreach engineers rather than Sky 's own and irritatingly Openreach do miss slots when an earlier job over runs. If this applies in uour case Sky will not be aware of the missed slot until tomorrow when Openreach updates your order. A new slot will be offered but typically it will be in a week or so. Only good point is you should be paid compensation once the job is complete see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

But noone is talk with you its automatically and if I say engineer visit there is no booking or answer . Its closing automatically and they don't call you back as well and I call them again and its same as well . I tried 4 times and always was same
