@Pandaplanet You would need to place an order for fibre, however getting it done ASAP is not going to happen as dependent on fibre installs and any potentioal issues it could be delayed, the minimum lead time is 10 working days.
If you can post the results from this link (remove any address details) we can see if it is available and at what stage the installation would be.

You misunderstand the nature of the national FTTP rollout: it's not being carried out by Sky or any other individual ISP.
If Openreach has FTTP infrastructure in your area when the building is essentially finished, they will run in an optical drop cable from pole or duct to the nearest external wall, put an entry point through that wall and mount an ONT inside. They will not use any internal cabling you provide (but might use duct you put in external to the property if it meets their very strict specification)
The most useful thing to do during a build is to work with Openreach on the external arrival point if they consider your development meets their criteria, and then plan your own internal network distribution accordingly.

Essentially because it's entirely outside the scope of what an ISP is expected to cover.
You can place an order for a standard domestic FTTP installation through Sky or another ISP if that's available at the address (which is the point of the link above) : an ISP cannot arrange any bespoke work or (realistically) advise on it.
As @GD1 indicates, there's a minimum ten working day lead time from placing an order to getting a broadband installation: for FTTP it can be considerably longer depending on the route the new optical connection has to take to get to the address (also revealed by that link) and the availability of local Openreach resources.
