Does my chromecast affect my wi fi. Sky said it does because it shows up an orange triangle

Does my chromecaste affect my wi fi. I was told my Sky to remove it and therefore the orange triangle will not show up.

Having a chromecast connected to your router should have no impact on your WiFi
