I am only getting 27.3 MBPS Download

I am only getting 27.3 MBPS Download and paying for 300, I have run checks on sky service status page of which it tells me all is ok with no known local issues.

@Morgs5 27.3 Mega Byte like you have indicated is near the 300Mb/s Mega Bit speed. so that is fine like for like!
