Says I am connected with no internet, my internet is not metered.

What are you using to connect to the Internet? WiFi or connected via ethernet? Have you run the Sky checker?

Phone, laptop? Can you connect if you try something with an ethernet connection? Have you checked downdetector to see if there is an issue in the area?

Ethernet is connect to Q box and hive which are working fine 2 phones not working laptop either which are wifi

Have you rebooted your router? You have Internet as the connection to the Q box is still OK. Seems to be a WiFi issue then.
