I am missing black cable and mircofilter

Hi, I received my Sky Broadband box today. Inside were 2 yellow-ended Ethernet cables and the power cable, but I didn’t get the DSL cable with the purple end or the microfilter, which are shown in the guide. I can’t connect the internet without these. Can you send the missing items as soon as possible? Thanks.

As you are talking to other customers here we can not send these to you so you will either have to call Sky about this or you will have to source some yourself which you should be able to do from high street and online sites.

@Alp7 If you are getting a Full Fibre Broadband the you have everything that is needed, the filter and cable are only used for a master socket telephone connection.Help Link is below. If you do need the other then you will have to call sky tomorrow number is in the 2nd link.
