I'm sick of paying though the nose for broadband that claims to be 50 mb/s download speed - and yet when I check on my TV app it says 15.32!!
Shows what you find out wqhen you use another device to check your connection!
This is appalling - and basically negates the need for Sky broadband when I can get cheaper and faster elsewhere
Haven't even got the energy to engage in conversations with Sky customer Service any more.

supposed to be getting 511mb/s this is what the speed test says i'm getting it's such a joke i will be leaving also first chance i get, always excuses with this company it's also never their fault it's always something else

Yes i'm also counting the days to contract end date.
keep loosing broadband and its very very slow to load.
test coming back saying all is ok when it's not.
can't face contacting customer service seems so much hassle
