No internet at all since midnight which includes television as have a sky glass TV
When will this issue be corrected ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lvickers I'm afraid you're onl;y asking other customers via the forum, and as such we won't know when the issue will be resolved.
Have you done this link https://www.sky.com/servicechecker if it's a fault it will let you book an engineer.

@Lvickers Also from the RM16 area (Chafford) and internet has been down since midnight.
I contacted SKY who ran line checks which did nothing. Seems to be an issue in the area as theres a few others without internet on the forum from RM16. I rang this morning and told an Openreach engineer would be in touch, but not heard anything yet.
