I am connected with internet then suddenly I am connected with no internet

This has happened 5 times in the last 2 months. I am fully connected then suddenly I am connected to WiFi with no internet. 3 of the occasions I have been remote to my home and have had to ask a neighbour to enter my home and turn router off and on then it connects until the next dropout. It has just dropped out again. The modem has 4 greens and an orange light on the internet. Help, it is a real problem for my home security when I'm not at home..

Sorry the orange light is on VOICE. I have tried the ethernet connection to my computer and it says no internet as well.

I have just turned the hub off & on and now it's connected but I cannot always do this if I'm remote there must be an issue which is causing the problem to repeat.
